The date is 03/05/2009.. A hungry man is sitting silently, waiting for the nobleman to glance at him. He reach out his hands and asks for alms, the noble man is generous, gives him a handful. The beggar smiles and drags his lousy a** home to the corner in which he sleeps. He studies the golden coins resting on his palm. As he strokes on of them between his thumb and index finger he realizes, the coin is of forreign currency. He finds the nobleman the next day and make him reckon why he gave you useless money. He apparently did it by mistake. In return of the beggars request he gives him a new handful of golden coins, this time of local currency. The beggar once again goes home and studies the money, he finds that nothing is wrong. Next day, he goes to the market in hope of a chicken, for the handful of coins the nobleman granted him. He finds a merchant, a mighty fine one, who weights the content of coin to prove its value, a ritual that was unfamiliar to the beggar. The merchant glances at the begger, inspecting his rags. He sneezes and throws the coins back at him, explaining how the content of metal is too low. The beggar, now depressed and enraged, seeks out the nobleman to give him a beating. He finds him and forces him to explain the situation, the nobleman apologizese for the confusion and tells him that he was not aware of the metal content. He afterwards tells the beggar that he will immediatly fetch another handful of coins for him, this time of pure gold. The beggar, recognizing the pureness and humbleness of the nobleman sits there and waits. He waits and waits and soon months have past by, and the beggar is still waiting.
